way too busy to go to gym lately.
this really sucks and im worried about losing my gains.

Headaches, migraines and exercise
I have chronic migraine and headaches all the time. Yesterday I had the worst headache Ive had in ages. I had it from mid morning to about 830 PM.
I work in a library and you would think it would be QUIET but guess what? ITS NOT!!!!
Anyway the point of this blog is not ranting about the level of noise in the library but about exercise and headaches.....
I LOOOOOOVE to gym it. I love to cardio and lift and push myself. I know thats crazy. Honestly the best part of my day is the time I spend at the gym.
So I had this headache from hell yesterday and I finally get off work at 8PM. My head hurt so bad I could just cry... I drive back roads to get home and they are pretty sparse with traffic and that's a good thing since I TOTALLY felt like driving was really pushing my functional abilities.....
I get to the gym in the town where I live, park my car, get important crap out of my purse and into my gym bag, locate my kicks which are floating around my pig pen of a car put my purse under a hoodie on the floor board but still not on the floor--- SLIGHTLY SUPERSTITIOUS HERE--- anyhoo I am just CRAWLING into the freaking gym I feel so bad. I get to the bathroom get chaged into my gym clothes, stuff my civilian clothes back into my bag and get out on the floor.
The very first thing I do is weigh.
Weights up a couple pounds but it's probly water retention so I'm okay with it. Head is hurting so bad I dont even care about the numbers.
I head over to the water fountain and fill my squeeze bottle with water bout half way, empty a prepackaged scoop of preworkout into it and shake shake shake.
Run my big gymbag out to the car just hanging onto my gymsak and head back in. I decide to do crossramp as opposed to weights because I dont know how much of a work out I will get if I hit weights with my head hurting so bad I cant focus.
I get myself situated and get going. AT first I'm like damn I am going to fall off this machine. Then I just go. And I go. and I go. And pretty soon I feel better. Watching highlights from preseason, sweating down my back, sweating down my front... just feeling good.
FEELING GOOD.
My point? You feel like crap, go to the gym. Even if you think you cant- you can.
Be strong.

I have not blogged in forever. This is definitely something I need to pursue in 2011.
Currently I am planning a trip to San Antonio to visit my brother and sister. That's if my brother doesn't get accepted for a truckdriving in the sandbox overseas. he has applied for a job doing this before but did not get accepted. This is a different company though. I REALLY hope and pray he does not get approved.
